I am in the market to get one of the those sport wagons, or whatever you would like to call them. I just want to see what everyone prefers in regards to drivability, tunability, and space. I am looking to be hauling three kids in it as well. thanks for all the input.

i would get the matrix or the protege. to me, its a tie between the two. i wouldnt get the vibe because pontiac isn't that good of a company imo.

My mom's got a protege 5 (bright yellow, my mom's so cute :D) Anyway.. those things have great handling, and a good amount of power from my experience.

i would go with the matrix since its toyota quality and for the fact that the matrix xrs has the celica gt-s engine and 6 speed transm.

well, I just got test driving a 03 Matrix with the 6spd.... I liked it, i think I found the victor. mazda wouldnt let me drive the protege5 they had... it looked like it was tuned though, has a fairly large exhaust outlet on it, different wheels... might be why they didnt let me, thought I might go get rev happy on it.

Yea i own a protege5, its pretty cool and all, but the engine is just too weak. 130hp just isnt quite enough for me. Im just gunna sell it and maybe get a lancer ralliart. It goes on Autotrader on the 23rd. Check it out.
