Hi,

I have a 96 Civic EX coupe.

I am looking at buying some Konig Holes rims. What wheel size would you recomend 16 inch or 17 inch?

Also what is a good all around tire to purchase with them?

Thanks

16"s...17"s too big IMO.

Performance would be on top of the list but also somewhat for looks.

What model tires would be good?

I'd go with 16's then. For the money, Kumho 712's are great. Not the best tire in the world, but for as cheap as they are you really can't go wrong. The Kumho MX tires are awesome though, very much worth the money spent.

16"s is a little bit of inbetweens of performance and looks. 712's are great but if you want a bit of longer tread life...711's have better tread life but only A's for temperature and traction. 712's has AA for traction and a for temperature. but shorter tread life than 711's.

I agree w/ gscivic7 and mycivic. I have 16" on my 02 Si with kumho 711. I'm very happy with the kumho's which were only like $55/each at tirerack.com. The 712's are about $75/each or so. anyway i've had 17" on a 91 accord and also on a 98 integra... the 17"s get a bit rough after time, and I'm not young anymore. I need to literally go get groceries and not get a headache doing it. :)
