Ummmm, I think it might be the shifter interlock. Maybe this will sound stupid. Is the sound to the left of the steering wheel? Like, does the sound seem to be close to the little coin pocket?
Or is it closer to the shifter?

this clicking is more like under the steering column. it sounds more like a relay is sticking going in and out. the trans shifter always make a clicking sound when the brakes are applied i gues thats normal, but this other sound seems to be coming from an electrical relay or some sort somewhere under the driver side of the dashboard was only when i applied the brakes but now it does it when i put the car in park and take my foot off the brake also!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I actually listened inmy 90 LX for that sound and it makes the same sound you described, when I apply the brakes in Park, and when I release them, so as far as I know, it looks like the shifter interlock. The electronics for this are in the console, under the steering wheel, and to the left of the dash. Hope this helps :smokin:

i've paid closer attention to it tonite. i crawled in under the dash and pressed the brakes with my hands and i've come to believe that its relay above the fuse box thats clicking in and out abnormally. by the way this clicking is not like the click that you would normally hear when the car is in park usually from the gear shift. that sound is normal in all the accords between 90 and 93
