Ok, let me get this right....
Bored throttle body=more air=more torque, less low end but better high?
CAI=more torque but hurts low end
underdrive pully adds some torque
bigger plug wires don't really do anything but provide a more reliable spark.

Where can I go to learn more about my cars engine and how it works and stuff??????(95 sohc 5 speed) I want to do this right and not look stupid.

Well, a larger TB won't hurt your low end if your engine is built up to utilize the extra volume. The reason the TB kills your low end is because it will cause a loss in low-speed intake velocity. If you don't go too crazy with the size, you can have a bit of both worlds. Everything is a compromise.

CAI should not hurt low end at all. If it's well-designed, it will help at all power bands.

UDP doesn't add anything. It frees up power, though. ;)

Larger plug wires don't do a damn thing on a stock ignition system. Period.

Just keep asking questions all around. To be honest, there are really not that many reliable sources for information relative to sources that are ...less than reliable.
