bodykit ????TypeSi 01-09-2002, 03:18 AM hey guys and gals. in your own opinion, what do you think is the best bodykit on the market wether mismatced or a full kit. im gonna go with the skyline front bumper and the black widow back and sides. let me know what cha think:p TypeSi 01-09-2002, 03:20 AM by the way this is for a 2000 civic si, which is my car silvercivicgrl 01-09-2002, 11:01 AM that sounds nice. i was looking at the skyline front bumper just the other day! :) and are u getting the black widow or black widow 2 back bumper? Beyond Imagination 01-09-2002, 11:39 AM IMO ... I like something simple such as a Type R lip ... I also like alot of kits but one of my faves are the Cwest and Buddy Club ... TypeSi 01-09-2002, 01:40 PM im gonna go with the black widow 1 back bumper it looks better to me regardless if its as popular as nsync but i already have a front lip on my si so i just wanna step up to the next level and i think the skyline is a good choice silvercivicgrl 01-09-2002, 02:05 PM Originally posted by TypeSi im gonna go with the black widow 1 back bumper it looks better to me regardless if its as popular as nsync but i already have a front lip on my si so i just wanna step up to the next level and i think the skyline is a good choice haha. thats cool. are you going to get dual exhaust as well? (more money to spend...it never ends does it?) TypeSi 01-09-2002, 02:13 PM nope it never ends:licker: but naw i dont really like the dual exhaust thing it looks good for show but im also gonna do the go so ill pass on it but i like it on other peoples cars :p silvercivicgrl 01-09-2002, 02:16 PM Originally posted by TypeSi nope it never ends:licker: but naw i dont really like the dual exhaust thing it looks good for show but im also gonna do the go so ill pass on it but i like it on other peoples cars :p thats cool. im not going for the "go" on my car...its way too much $ for me. my bf has a prelude and he's doing the "go" thing. i dont need to go down that track as well haha TypeSi 01-09-2002, 02:19 PM yeah i just want to look good as i pass people bye. my goal is to be able to tear down mustang gts and as many other v8's as i can so im kinda saving for my turbo right now silvercivicgrl 01-09-2002, 03:54 PM Originally posted by TypeSi yeah i just want to look good as i pass people bye. my goal is to be able to tear down mustang gts and as many other v8's as i can so im kinda saving for my turbo right now thats cool. my bf has a 98 prelude and he can smoke many a mustang out there. :D he wants a turbo or a supercharger too and he wants to put the black widow kit on it <drool> black widow prelude yummy...be sure to build up ur internals b4 slapping on the turbo or u may be instore for an unsighlty accident. but thats a given. TypeSi 01-11-2002, 02:44 AM yeah the internals will be a must ;) Quetzolcotl 01-15-2002, 04:11 PM i dont know if veilside has a kit for the new civic's or not. the one for 5th generation are awesome. i've never seen anyone with one but they cost $1800. ouch! Silverbolt 01-16-2002, 04:25 AM No no no... the best set up would be the full carbon fiber S14 front end conversion body kit. instead of buying a new car, I might eventually get this setup if I ever get tired of looking at my car :) Silverbolt 01-16-2002, 04:34 AM Originally posted by Quetzolcotl i dont know if veilside has a kit for the new civic's or not. the one for 5th generation are awesome. i've never seen anyone with one but they cost $1800. ouch! Acutally Veilside designed their new bodykit series on the 6th gen before they did it on the 5th gen. But Its only on the 96-98s. If you want one for the 99-00s, then you'll have to get a knock off. The authentic Veilside kit... front and rear bumper, side skirts, rear wing, and hood retails at $2,830! :D vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
