90' V6 Camry spark plug crossthreaded

I have one spark plug that is crossthreaded. I need to know if I am up @%$ creek.
Or is there any thing I can do.

It can be fixed. You're not completely screwed yet. -- Notice I said yet though. You'll either need to buy a tap and die set, or find someone who has one. These tools are made specifically to clean and rethread a stripped or crossthreaded hole. If this doesn't fix your problem, then you will need to have the block taken to a machine shop.
