I think you need to get rid of that crappy Rampage head unit you got there... and I know just the guy to buy something nice off of!

Looks ok, im not fond of the mesh on the dash, but I do give you points for attempting to be original, even if it didnt turn out too well. But looking good.... Personally I think you should get rid of the yellow completely and stick with the WHITE/BLUE theme like on the outside!

I dont sell Alpine... nor any "all in one" units, but I do have some indash screens that pop out and then you could have a single din sized DVD player... email me bro :) But still like it, but I just LOVE the outside, it would look a hella alot cleaner without the yellow... but still, not bad!

When re-doing it I think you should cut down on the assortment of colors, I like the colors your using right now, but you have too many going so it looks confusing. And ditch the blue guage bezel!

Blue is kinda the accent color but appreciate the feedback Twisted....:frog:

Looks good. :) I'm not terribly fond of yellow either, but to each his own, it looks good though otherwise.

Here's kinda my beginning work on my dash and interior, as far as painting goes:

How did you go about painting your actual dash yellow like that?

Well I did the whole job right in the car. I taped off anything I didn;t want to get paint on and then proceeded to rough up the dash surface. I then did a base of the Vinyl interior paint and once that dries I went over it in my Yellow Krykon. Once that finished drying I applied a few coats of clear.

The key is taking your time and not rushing the process and you will be fine..Hope this helps...:frog:

I like it, it looks really good. I personally would have done the dash blue, but I'm sure there's a reason for you doing it yellow. Yellow doesn't look bad, but my favorite color is blue. :D Looks good though. :)

How'd you do your interior? I'm going to go with the silver on black thing too, and I really like how yours looks.

How did you get your gauge bezels blue? Did you paint them? Or did you buy them like that?

Quite easy actually, all I did was pull off the guage cluster dash cover thingy that's silver in the pic. I sprayed it twice with Bulldog adhiesive promoter, litting it sit about 20 minutes between coats. Oh, to clean off the piece to be painted before I put anything on, I cleaned uff the whole surface of it using rubbing alcohol. Then once the scond coat of Bulldog has dried, I then sprayed on 3 seperate (well actually 4, because the 2nd coat drip ran, so I had to sand that out and recoat it) coats of Krylon #1401 bright silver metallic look spray paint. This is the same exact paint I used to paint my side skirts with, and after about 9 or so months, they haven't yet begun to chip or flake. It's just important to apply several coats of paint. As long as you use that Bulldog adhiesive stuff, you don't need to worry about sanding the pieces off first. And viola, you'll have a semi professional looking paint job to your dash trim. :)
