I'm looking at a 1968 Beetle Convertible. The interior and top were redone and the engine was rebuilt approx. 6 years ago. I'm not sure how many miles is on it. There is no a/c and the heater does not work. It also has a dent in the front bumper and one of the fenders. About how much should I be paying for this?
