last night headlights wouldn't work when engine started. They would operate until engine was started , then nothing. While engine was running the dimmer switch would make them flash in the mid position.Tail lights, dash lights normal. Fuses look good. I suspect headlight delay module , you know the one that keeps the headlight on for a short time after shutdown. Where is this guy located and approx cost. thanks

first of i have had a similar problem with my jeep. believe it or not i was low on headlight fluid. just make sure you use high beam approved headlight fluid.
