Right now he has a VW Thing, but soon is going to sell it and get one of those too. Samurai75007 05-21-2004, 03:20 PM the pinzgauer has 6 wheels right? I havent had the chance to see one of thos yet other then on tv. christophv 05-21-2004, 09:08 PM my dad used to own a Unimog 411 from 50s or 60s, sold it last year. http://www.mbzponton.org/images/mb_unimog_411_Germany.jpg (just as a ref) he bought it totally destroyed w/ pneumatic brakes. he built everything up, this thing was totally cool to drive and very practical. hydraulic brakes were installed, later he put a hydraulic something in it. I'm sorry, I don't know the word for it. It kinda transformed in into a dump truck, you could tilt the load area. bought it for like 2g and sold it for 3.5g I think. he sometimes repents that, but now he has an audi convertible as an ersatz  cu Samurai75007 05-23-2004, 10:40 PM I wana get a mog like this one... http://www.hummerteam.com/gilmer_mar_04/gilmer%20hummer%20happening%20031.jpg Datsun510forlife 05-23-2004, 11:24 PM Dude! thats fu<kin sweet! :bananasmi :1:  gvidos 09-22-2004, 05:51 AM Since it has been mentioned, does anyone know how to replace/improve the brakes in this Unimog with better hydraulic brakes/complete brake system and if possible from which other vehicle are there any parts compatible for customizing such a solution?
