I never thought I'd see a McLaren in snow, but now I have. I also don't think I'll see a McLaren in my possession...............waiting............. damn it, didn't work :D McLaren Mike 03-24-2004, 01:48 AM Sorry a little off the topic but... is this common? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2233191276&category=418 and who has this http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2233796687&category=14027 didn't wan't to create new thread. -Mike:aus: lynx_effect 03-24-2004, 09:37 AM following on from yours. this guys selling a wheel off a roadcar, no pictures however. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2467798905&category=9903 not that tempeted though. Was with the GTR Gulf wheel a while back, had the highest bid (although still not meeting the reserve) untill the guy pulled out of the auction 5 hours before it was ment to finish.... damn! adam. mini magic 03-24-2004, 02:27 PM i was gonna get the gtr wheel but i don't think it would fit in the overhead compartment in the plane on the way back :D lynx_effect 03-27-2004, 01:34 PM Sorry a little off the topic but... is this common? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2233191276&category=418 -Mike:aus: Be interesting to know if that guy actually owns that F1, looks to be in a collection, that looks a lot like a F50 tail light in the bottom left corner. Has any one emailed him to ask if he's an owner? mini magic 03-27-2004, 07:16 PM its obviously Clifford Meltzer's car, dunno if he is the guy auctioning it. mini magic 03-27-2004, 07:25 PM btw, i'm pretty sure he doesn't own an F50 and that that isn't an F50 taillight. The F50's taillights are recessed and it doesn't have that sill thing on the side that you see in that pic. I'm fairly certain its a Modena. lynx_effect 03-27-2004, 07:36 PM btw, i'm pretty sure he doesn't own an F50 and that that isn't an F50 taillight. I'm fairly certain its a Modena. yeh, your right there about it being Clifford Meltzer's, i've only just noticed that give away red badge on the rear left of the car. I'm pretty certain its an F50 though, not that it really matters in this thread :o) http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/115477f50_2.jpg Peloton25 03-27-2004, 07:59 PM I'm fairly certain its a Modena. Can I be fairly certain you are wrong again? :D That's an F50, but the angle is weird because it is parked perpendicular to the F1 and the shot is taken from above. >8^) ER mini magic 03-27-2004, 10:16 PM i appologise.
