Volvo 850 Remote Programming Instructions

Hi Everyone! I'm new to all of this. Just registered today. My first question is: "does anybody know how to program the keyless remote for a 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo or know anyone else who does?" The part number is: 9148646 and the FCC ID number is: CWTTFWBIG. I have no clue how to program my remote and the dealer wants $45.00 to do it. Any info will be greatly appreciated!!
