I have an earlier post on defrosters, now my cruise controll stoped working. I get the light on the dash but that`s it. Any thoughts? Thanks Al. :shakehead

reach down to your brake pedal switch and straighten/realign "brakelight switch". This switch is a "normally open" switch and must be closed for cruise to work. It has a "rib" on it that is supposed to keep it aligned. It wears out easily. if cruise then works ok, replace this switch. @$15 at

It was a vacuume line for both the cruse and defroster. Thanks.
