96 se high beam light flashes

I have a 96 se and i had to adjust the head lights, but after i was done my high beam light is flashing. I looked in the manual, and it says something is wrong with DRL, however i have checked and there is nothing visably wrong with them. Iv checked wiring, fuses, and bulbs, and cant find anything. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Loose switch maybe?

Ill look at it over once again more closely and more throughly, maybe i missed something. hanks
