dealer repair rates, too high?

I called my isuzu dealer to see how much it was going to cost to replace my timing belt, tensioner and water pump. The techniciian told me 710 dollars and that didn't even include new fan belts. can someone tell me if this seems a little bit high? :disappoin

That sounds about right. OEM T-belt, tensioner assembly and water pump have to be close to $400 in parts alone. A couple of "V" belts for your 1997 would be CHEAP in comparison.
