well the key deal there, would be to ask the seller how much boost it makes. there is a big difference between cfm and boost. cfm is just airflow, not worth a whole lot of power, also, ask them if they have numbers, or charts you can see to show the power added. boost is actuall pressure that forces its way into the cylender, packing it with more air and fuel than normal, making the engine perform like it is bigger than it really is. thats what makes the power.

yeah, what they say is true, and makes sense, but again, none of them seem to have any numbers, no personal experience, dont know what kind of boost it wll run, or power added from experience. so yeah, i would definatly ask the guy selling it, for some sort of results. or proof thereof.

If you want a electric blower go to: http://www.allaboutfishing.com/store/products/category.asp?categoryID=62202

lol, that is great! It is like the same picture for the ebay "supercharger" as it is for the "marine blower". You guys wanna start selling this stuff and make some $$$?? I wish someone here could tell us if the actually worked!!

ive heard that the electric chargers can bad fairly often and when they do it is unrecoverable. again, just like everyone else, i have had no personal or near-personal experience. all i got is hear-say...

after looking at the links i really dont think that these things make boost. you can see inside one of the blowers on the marine site and there arent any compression fins, looks like they are just fans. im thinking its the same concept as a hair dryer, doesnt compress the air just blows it into the engine. theyre prolly used for inboard engines that dont get much airflow, or something to that affect(dont know much about boats)...
