Hey guys, im undecided on which color or what style stripes to get on my car... Last time I made a decision on my car I ended up with bright orange tribal graphics on the side of my car ( i eventually took off of course). But my car is about completely stock still besides my chrome tail lights. Anyone know of any colors they think would look good because im completely stumped, thanks

seriously dont put a stripe on your car...just my opinion...lowering it first or tinting the windows would be the first thing i would do.

Whats the bolt pattern for the caivs agian, i know someone that is selling rims for $500 shipped.

stud... how much does it run to lower my car an inch or 2... i was planning on lowering it after i got some rims but hell i mide as well do it now.

I got my Goldline springs in a group purchase from Speed People for 100 bucks...Most lowering springs are between 150-250 depending on who makes em...the Goldlines are a 1.75 inch drop

alright... ill look into that, im planning on getting some 17 inch rims in the next month, would lowering it 2 inches be fine, or would that be too much? thanks

2 inches will be fine...but with the stock struts the ride will be a little bouncy

I wouldnt mind a little bounce as long as the car looks nice,i can always replace them a little later on

Any spring made for the cavy will be fine, no rubbing.

I wouldnt do stripes either, but if thats what you want, then i would probably go with dark blue, or black on teal. Thats probly the best choice IMO.

Hey, I can't believe this. I just got pulled over for the first time today because of my vinyl strips. What a bunch of BS. I've had vinyl strips on my car for the pass 3 years and never got pulled over. What a great way to start the day.

uh...there is no law saying you cant have vinyl on the body of your car I don't think...hell cars come from the factory with vinyl stripes...what did the cop say?

yeah... did he just say that you stood out because of the vinyl and noticed you were speeding or something, or did he say that he pulled you over just because you had them on?

You can do whatever to the body of your car, it's just that you can't have non transparent vinyl on your windshield. I had a strip on the front and back window. So now I have 5 days to take it off and go back to the headquarters. He said that I can have words but not a solid strip. Nothing can block your view. The only thing it was blocking was the sun. Which i thought was a good thing. lol

Pulled over? Uh... Stripes arent illegal ... you got OWNED.. hope you didnt get a ticket... I would have laughed in his face. Make sure they show you in the highway traffic act where it says you cant put vinal on your car..

ive always thought black or white racing stripes look good on just about any color. Personaly I dont like racing stripes
