289/351W swap?

I own a 67 cougar with a stock 289 and I want to drop a 351W in its place. What kind of modifications would I have to make as far as motor mounts and the 289 has little hood clearance now as it is. How would I go about lowering the engine down with out too drastic of a change. Is there kits or do I have to have some welding done. Any help you can give will do. Thanks.
