Looks like our '96 Caravan, but with no panic button. That's all I know. . . .

It could be for any number of vehicles. It looks just like the remote for my 1994 Eagle Vision minus the trunk release button.

I saw one of those on an older Dodge truck, like an 89 or a 90 or something. I'm sure that's what that one there is for...
