Dropzone spring question????ebonicrobot 03-10-2004, 11:43 PM I recently lowered my car with dropzone sport springs. well everything is installed, and the back of the car looks almost the same. its a tid bit lowered. would it lower over time on it's own, or did i do something wrong? someone told mw that it takes 2 weeks for everything to get seated in place. jvfackler 03-15-2004, 12:06 PM It does take about 2 weeks for them to settle. Did you put the spring back into place the same as the original ones...meaning are they turned the same way...sometimes that's the trouble. BKsKr 09-11-2004, 12:24 PM I put Dropzone springs in my 1995 Neon, and yes, the rear is higher then the front, but that is so if you ever have anything/one in the rear seats it wont look like the rear of the car is dragging on the ground. It took a while for the springs to settle and get the sag to set in, but it doesnt change much, pretty much what you see now is how its going to stay. if you want a bigger drop youll have to change to a coilover setup. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
