The keyless entry has been working just fine until recently (Sometimes a bit sluggish, but ok). As of yesterday the system will still lock/unlock the doors but the confirming chirp from the horn is not working. Also, the interior lighting comes on when the ignition is turned off, and can only be turned off by removing fuse #17. I am assuming that these symptoms are related and tied to the remote entry system. Anyone have any thought on this problem?

P.S. Fuse 17 is labeled "illum RAD". I'm guessing RAD stands for Remote
Access Deviece or something similar. There is also a relay in the circuit that remains energized, not allowing the interior light switch to turn the lights off.
