how can you peel out in a car that has automatic transmission with out really hurtin the car bad?

one way that only works on some cars is hold down on the brake with your left foot, push on the gas, then let off the brake. and also just step on the gas. those are really the only ways to burn out with an auto without hurting the tranny.
