Are there any proven cams for 3400 sfi v6 (2000 ga) that will lower the compression so i could use a turbo?

As fare as I know, you need a head gasket set that can lower your compression. I've never dealt with it before, but as a vehicle mechanic, I would think it is thicker so the combution chamber is slightly larger to give more room for lower compression. That's just my guess, as I've never done stuff like that. Just from reading magazines about performance.

yea, cams arent going to give you lower comprestion ratios, you have to get a thicker headgasket, or lower comprestion pistons, or both.

Fel-Pro makes Some thicker Gaskets I think .080 is the thickest you want to go? Might be to thick if you plan to use a Turbo? What is the Comp Ratio for that engine anyway? 9:1 or something like that?
