I'll assume you tried driving it with the air filter off? What position is the choke stuck in...closed, open, or in between?

what kind of carb do you have?? q-jet does it have electric choke??? if it does loosen the adjusting screws and twist it towards the open position. also check the wire it might've popped off.
if you have one of those heat coil things bend the rod so it pushes the choke open more. also get some carb cleaner and give it a good shot might just be a little sticky. don't drive without an air filter or you'll need another motor. another thing to check is the TAC thats the vacuum valve thing with a pipe going in to it. good luck should be a simple quick fix

the carb is a rochester m4mc series.
