Do you have any links for info and pictures on those? I've only seen one in my life about 4 weeks ago on the freeway. I don't expect to see many around here in the US . I'd figure DaimlerChrysler is gonna stick to Freightliner in the states even though I'd love to see some more Merc semis.

I was on the slow, bumper to bumper, ride home from work in Beverly Hills to home in Redondo Beach, California. I was on the 405 south and saw the Merc going north. Do you know what kind of engines they use?

Sure do.The MB ridged frame(or standard frame)tractor engine line up goes as follows V-8,V-8 turbo,V-6,V-6 turbo and in-line 4 diesels.The Actros has the V-8 and V-8 turbo(my favorite),while the Atego(little brother to the Actros)has the V-6,V-6 turbo and the in-line 4 cylinder engines.A pic of the V-8 turbo

if anyone is interested in buying/importing on of these trucks into North America.I will be getting financing information and other information about bringing these trucks to North America.Information should be here next week! :biggrin:
