ok, a 94 3.2l 6vd1 engine. i have been able to keep it going so far. This car has had some problems too. ABS light on... yeah i had that one. i ended up changing two sensors before it went out. (you can pull the bulb too) Changed the timing belt tensioner. BUT NOW!!!! the bottom end is steadily getting louder as the days go on. The past three days i have notice a steady increase in the Db's!!! i want to know if anyone has ordered a rebuild kit for this engine. I found one for about 500. but i would like some input from everyone here if you could help. Debating on running it off a cliff. I really wish i wouldn't have just put a brand new set of "REVO's" on it.

Sounds like your rod bearings are heading south. It would be a good time to pull the motor. If you wait you might scatter the works. Whenever I have done a motor, if I double the cost of the kit, I come out about right. You can low ball the rebuild, but something else always comes up later that you should have fixed the first pass through.
Good Luck

Hmmm... Wonder what the chance is that you have a bad tensor (even though it is new).

What kind of miles do you have on your 3.2?
