are these like the pillow mounts on full coilovers that help with wheel alignment and camber?

Pillow mounts use ball joints usually that allow adjustablity, that just looks like a modified or hard rubber shock mount.

I've never seen these before......

I don't think they will work like pillow mounts anyway...

since I don't see anything that u can adjust ur camber from the pic...
