This has happened about 10 times now and really anoying.

On my way to work, and the car will not start. The anti-theft light is on. I wait about 15 minutes and ussually disables and is fine but lately it will not disable after 15 minutes and if I finally get the cars start and shut it of and go to start it again ( like if I go to the store ) it's enabled again.

Would like to know what would cause this or if not, any way to disable it so I can get to work on time.

What year & trim Level? It does sound like a VATS problem. You may try cleaning the pellet (resistor) on the key (both sides of key).
