i just sold my 95 civic, and now i'm carless. I'm gonna spend roughly $6000 on another car. Any ideas on what i should get? I'm looking for speed and style. I'm most likely gonna get an 94+ Integ GSR, any suggestions?

your on the right track with the gsr. you can save more money by getting the gsr over the ls, gs, rs, and itr. the itr is alittle more expensive plus the person you might be buying it from probably ragged it out. if i had the money it'd be a gsr. 94+ of course

do you think insurance will be a lot more if i got a gsr, instead of getting something like a 3rd generation jetta vr6 or gti vr6, or a civic with an engine swap

the jetta or gti will be more insurance b/c they are 6 cylinder and they are german (more expensive to repair in accident)

you also have to take into consideration how easy is it to find aftermarket parts for the honda/acura, as compared to the jetta. and parts are alot cheaper for hondas and acuras. my sister has a 99 jetta and she hates it. too many problems. and i hear the same from other jetta owners. the gsr would not be cheap on ins. but it all depends on what ins. you want and where you go.
