I recenly bought a cheaper intake kit which came with filter, rubber end.10" curved pipe, clamps, and a blue 8" tube. Everything fits and i can install everything but i dont know what to do with the two sensors i took off my stock air box. There is a half inch hole in the side of the 10" tube and right beside it sticking out an inch by qaurter inch like the end of a pencil. My one air sensor does not fit in the half inch hole do i need the sensors?

I have installed one air intake kit similar to what you are talking about (with sensors on the factory air box that went onto bungs on the air intake) to awnser your question Yes you need these. with out them you will get a engine code most likely. I would make them work drill hole bigger or what ever works or just ask for tips from the guy that sold you it. Toyota probably didn't put those on there for looks, good luck hope every thing works out.
