yea a cold air intake, full exhaust, underdrive pulley, better motor mounts, tires, nitrous(for the serious racers only),headers,low compression pistons,there is so much but that is just a few

alright for starters, i hope you didn't just bolt on a turbo. for one thing the pistons have too high of a compression, it could be done but you would have to run minimal boost. secondly i hope you have a good fuel management system(hi-flow fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and bigger injectors) after all that, you would definitely cant use headers with a turbo, so a good exhaust manifold, full exhaust, and a bigger TB and MAF sensor(not sure if neons use this). with that combo u should have a pretty quick car.

if you have a pre-2000 neon, open your hood, closest to the windshield you'll notice a piece of weather stripping, peel that off, not the weather stripping on the windshield, the piece under the hood. this believe it or not actually gives a 2hp boost for free
