whatsup...i know mad heads like to say bose's stock systems suck or whatever, but i think theyre pretty sweet. im not one to spend sick loot on a system, and i just wanted to know what kind of quality the stock bose system has in this car from someone that has it. i have a 95 maxima and the systems realll sweet. so if someone who has one could drop a line about sound quality...bass punch...etc. payce

I have my original BOSE head but I'm keeping mine sorry. :D
Before I replaced all of my stuff. I thought the Bose system sounded fine. A little lacking in clarity and Bass, but generally ok.
The Bose systems in the Z's were real bad-reliablity wise. They're known to fry out, operate tempermentally, and work in a different Z then your own. So you see why most ppl would say they suck and replace them. The Bose systems in other Nissans were generally better quality, hence the longevity of those systems.
