I need a 5-spd trans for my 96, 4 cyl Metro. Anybody ever buy from an importer. Seems like they have good prices but, I've never bought from any of them. This trans has about 120,000 miles on it. It's starting to jump out of 4th gear and making noise.

Are all 89-2000 5 speeds the same?

Just different gear and final drive ratios. Not enough of a difference to really notice on a non-gti motor.
