94 bonneville -- headlights won't come on!

Hi all, first post! When I go to turn on the headlights, they don't come on, although all of the other lights (parking, fog, tail lights, etc.) come on just fine. I've already swapped out the bulbs, so I know that isn't a problem, but when I look on the fuse panel I can't find one specifically for the headlights. Is there a separate fuse for the headlights, or do all of the lights use the same fuse? If that's the case, would it be a problem with the switch?

Well, there should be seperate fuses for the various exterior lights. They are not all grouped on one fused ckt. Are the high beams operational? It is possible the switch is at fault. Do you have a meter to check for power (+12v) at the headlight connectors? Make sure there's continuity from the connector pin ground (of headlight connectors) to the chassis of car.
