Mustang Cop Car675datsun 02-23-2004, 09:00 PM Well, here's what I did with my Super Stallion kit...I originally painted it yellow with a graphite front spoiler, but I never liked the way it looked so I turned it into a police car! The interior bits are from a Crown Vic police interceptor kit (that I turned into a g-mobile) and the wheels are from the Mustang 5.0 convertible kit( they are really '93 Cobra wheels). This was also my first attempt at masking paint, for doors and hatch. http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/133284120692688cnXCHX_ph.jpg http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/133284120692718IPtWrV_ph.jpg Computer and gun http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/133284120692650EtkQdO_ph.jpg Drilled out exhaust outlets in bumper http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/133284120692749stwcQH_ph.jpg http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/133284120692784GoBYDT_ph.jpg http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/133284120692956OhFeWZ_ph.jpg Too much chrome! You are a very very talented modeler and your skills are mind boggling! did I mention the REAL interior?? This looks like its missing a dohnut and a coffe cop to be real! 86_SR5 02-24-2004, 07:20 PM goregous. one of the best executed street to service cars I have ever seen! SchuberT 02-24-2004, 07:41 PM well, now we need to beware when we're building those super-fast imports... might get fined... lmao, great build man SpoonMan Dos 02-24-2004, 07:53 PM I would love to have one of those at work. All we have is pos FWD Impalas. Great execution. 675datsun 02-24-2004, 09:46 PM Thanks for all the comments guys! Yup I wouldn't try outrunning this mofo either! I did this model back when I never thought it was possible to "wire" an engine or chassis. AF has definitely opened my eyes to modeling. I want to detail the engine on this 'stang now! About the stock wheels...I was going for the sleeper look of the Fox-body 5.0 Mustang sedans, you know the ones with 10-hole donut wheels? The original Super Stallion wheels looked too sporty. Those are going on a VW bus project! Hmmm. I was scared to even show this model:p Thanks for the encouraging words!
