I am putting the steering column back together after the ignition actuator rack broke and a piece fell out of the turn signal housing portion of the column. I did not see where it came from and don't see where it will go. Is there anywhere I can get a diagram for this portion without buying a new one. The piece looks like it might make contact with something else. It is spring steel and roughly in the shape of an elongated "A" with a small hook at one end.

As I recall, that is a contacter for you "key-in" buzzer. As you face the steering column, on the right towards the igntion switch there is a square hole. This piece goes in there open end first.
Any dealership parts dept should have a breakdown that you could look at.
