JBarry 02-29-2004, 02:40 AM Here is Zee Pink Panther at zee Homies Hoppin' Lowrider Meet. In attendence were: 'Rockin Robin' a 67 GTX 'Wicked Wendy' and her Impala SS "Bad Barry" in his 1999 Crown Vic Impersonator "Dos amigos" en policía coche. (ropas llanas) and Featuring "Mish" with "The Big Hopper" at the controls. http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-01.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-02.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-03.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-04.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-05.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-06.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-07.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-08.jpg http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/mishsm-09.jpg Werd is, it was a a pretty good meet until the cops showed up. Things really started hoppin' and boppin' when Five-oh busted out some phatties that they 'found' in the backseat and eveyone partyeeeeed until 4:30 am. Well, eveyone except for the Chevy guys. That crew had to be in before the street lights went on, or their momma was gonna kick some ass. So, they left kinda early. The best line of the night was Big Hopper saying, "That bitch ain't gonna hop!" haha! Then he muttered something like "J. Barry es un diablo gringo." I don't know Spanish but the Homies told me that it means, 'J. Barry is a Lowrider God.' That was cool...I felt good. See more pictures! Check out the slideshow at: Homies Hoppin with zee Pink Panther (http://img20.photobucket.com/albums/v61/jbarry/models/mish/?action=view&slideshow=true) I hope all my Homies enjoy this fun 'lowrider meet' (on top of the oil burner). If only "Homies" were in 1:24 scale... Have a good weekend my Homies. peaceout. J. Barry tonioseven 02-29-2004, 08:57 PM Here's mine... I just finished it about 15 minutes before I made this post!! (10 pictures) The rear deck has Hoppin' Hydros 8" speakers with Detail Master grilles and a Detail Master (I think) Lowrider plaque. There is a photoetched key and keychain set in the ignition. The chain-link steering wheel is fron a Monogram '60 Impala kit. The wheels are Pegasus Daytons. Thanks for looking. :smokin: http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/monte-8.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/17062b91.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/b4409e2d.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/f4c1ce96.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/b764aaf4.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/a6dac61e.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/monte-9.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/7a5e5f7f.jpg http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Tonioseven/monte-10.jpg JBarry 02-29-2004, 09:22 PM Nice stuff TonioSeven! J. Barry lowcrome 03-02-2004, 07:01 AM couldnt get mine done i was on the last coat of clear and it just fell right off my paint stand have to strip the whole body think im gonna go without the pearl this time keep it nice and clean tonioseven 03-02-2004, 09:29 AM Oh well, we tried to get something fun going but I guess it was a wasted effort; now I see why people leave here :disappoin . JBarry 03-02-2004, 11:14 AM I am sorry if it's my fault for this. I probably shouldn't have built a Charger as a lowrider to begin with. And then I argued the fact that anything can be a lowrider. I should not have entered it in this contest. I am going to go buy 300 Skyline kits and get in step with everyone else here. Again, I'm sorry I phucked up this contest. J. Barry Colov99 03-02-2004, 02:27 PM hey j. dont worry your car proly had the best spunk to it. it rocked and so did your diorama. and to tonio ive been waiting for more people to post pics i just cant reply when im at home cause the nets so frigging slow but those models rock. kudos to you for running this i think it brought a new view to the fourum. so keep up the good work. Colov99 03-02-2004, 02:29 PM ps, j. barry if you buy 300 skyline kits make sure to make one a lowrider :p :bigthumb: . make what you want they are your models not someone elsees, hell if anyone knew what i was going to do to the enzo model i would be murderd. -c JBarry 03-02-2004, 04:30 PM Go for it bro! haha! Trust me, I ain't buying no skyline kits. I'm not a sheep. Anything new I buy, will be the result of, searching on AF and getting the Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. page. And thanks, I'm glad you liked my ride and setup. It was fun 'FOR ME' to build. Wait until you see my Countach! I'll get banned for life heheh! J. Barry Lownslow 03-03-2004, 01:19 AM beat you to the lowrider skyline i built one about a month ago then sold it. it was a grey R30 with magnesium and flatsilver 17 inch wires. sorta sport lowrider i plan on making a R34 for the HH Slam dance. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
