If I had to pick one animated drama, it might be "Grave of the Fireflies." Set in Japan just before and through the American occupation. Pretty sad, but it set a mood one could imagine as true to history.

:lol: This is true.. if you think about it, it actually makes sense though... EVA and FLCL both have to do with human relations (at least to some extent) and then ALL His and Her Circumstances is about is human relationships.
