where can i find a good racing engine for the neon sohc 96.also are there any good hoods out there i have found one but wanna make sure this is the one

hoods go to moderperformance.com, howell, vis.com or ebay.
swap in a 2.4 from a stratus, get you into the 14's with bolt ons.

You might want to check out Forward Motion for a new engine. http://www.forwardmotioninc.com/index.html They can probably build you what you want.
