i have a 98 neon rt stock, what are some good starting points to make it more powerful?

intake and UDP, iceman is the best and ONLY intake to buy $200, UDP modern's is $100, also remove some weight, free mod that helps alot. next move onto a header and exhaust. dont waste your money on ignition or fuel parts.they are for high hp engines.
