Hey guys, new on this forum, i'll be frequenting it quite a bit for now on though. Anyways, I have been teaing down my 1990 300ZX 2 seater Naturally Aspirated VG30DE for a few months now. I must say it is the hardest car i've ever worked on! Everything is so tight. I have gotten down to the lower plennum, and heads. I need to get at the heads to replace the valves that bent when the tensioner randomly went one day. I have had a mechanic look at it all, and he has said the lower end should be fine. So I know what I need to do to get it apart, but I need some tips. The headers are going to need to be de-tatched from the main exhaust pipes, so the heads can be freed. And the lower plenum will need to come up, this is where I am stumpted... Can anyone provide me with some insight here? Thanks a lot guys! Peace foo's :p

O and one last thing, just some more info. I have the upper plenum, wire harness all disconnected, radiator, radiator shroud, fan(clutch fan I believe, attached to the water pump), inlet and outlet radiator hard hoses, thermostat, crank pulley, accesory belts, lower front cover, cam covers, CAS, and timing belt all off. Peace foo's :p
