I have a 95 gsr and I bought a tenzo-r mufller about a month ago and was'nt happy with the sound. I wanted more of a tuned sound so I went out and bought a Arospeed muffler. That was'nt much better. I can barely hear it at all. Does anyone know how to get more sound out of your exhaust. Should I get cat-back piping and remove the resonator?
got v-tec?

Take off your cat. Then run pipe back to the muffler.

I got priced at $150 for cat back piping. I am just wondering if I shoud leave in the cat and the resonator? Also what size piping should I get for a naturally aspirated gsr. The guy at the muffler shop suggested 2" 1/4. This will be my third time buying a muffler for this car. I am looking at the N1 and greddy evo. I want a little louder tone. Right now it is plenty deep just not loud enough. My engine drowns it out completely at higher rpm. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Get a good (FULL) catback system and stop wasting money on mufflers...
