People try to sell stuff here alll the time, so I don't see what the harm is. But also try to hit some of the busier Neon sites like, Neons.org, Neonspeed, Allpar forums.

AFAIK, you DO have to register, and they have a specific "For Sale" board on Neons.org and Neonspeed.
