View Full Version : Our Sunday drive Our Sunday drive brian903 12-31-2001, 11:23 PM brian903 12-31-2001, 11:33 PM If somebody is bored, tell me how to post a picture. I can't find anything in the FAQ.:help: Schludwiller 01-01-2002, 12:37 AM look for "Attach file:" at the bottom of the post window (you'll need to do a new post for the option to show up). Click on "Browse.." and select the image from your computer. It needs to be under 102k to upload. or If you already have the image available on the internet then click on the IMG button in the vB Code section. Then you just past the URL of your image on the internet and it will insert the correct code into your message. Happy New Year! brian903 01-01-2002, 03:17 AM Here goes brian903 01-01-2002, 03:29 AM Thanks for the help. When I saved the pic directly from the camera it was around 180k, I resaved it and it was only 60k. Obviously I'm new to this stuff. Anyway, a sample of what you'll all see this summer. :) rrdstarr 01-01-2002, 03:58 AM Brian, you bounce anything of those new sliders you got at GOXII? :D Schludwiller 01-01-2002, 12:51 PM Is this PNWX brian who got married in Vegas after GoX? brian903 01-01-2002, 02:02 PM Yupp, it's me. I love the sliders, except they are rusting like crazy!! They salt the roads up here...I hate it. I hope you guys all end up coming up here, I'm really looking forward to hanging out will you all again. Schludwiller 01-01-2002, 03:03 PM Originally posted by brian903 Yupp, it's me. There will be about 15 of us showing up in your living room next spring. :D brian903 01-01-2002, 03:29 PM Are you guys coming up this spring or next spring? Schludwiller 01-01-2002, 03:44 PM Originally posted by brian903 Are you guys coming up this spring or next spring? Not sure. To borrow a term from our military. It's a "fluid" situation right now. :) FSRBIKER 01-02-2002, 08:59 AM Brian use POR15 on the sliders, the coating is hard as a rock and will prevent and future rusting....just make sure you wear gloves as there is no solvent that will take it off your hands. Also transfer any unused portion to the smallest container possible, this keep it fresh for any future uses. brian903 01-02-2002, 11:18 AM Thanks Todd, I've been trying to figure out what to do. Where should I look for it at? Paint store, hardware store... OffroadX 01-02-2002, 11:23 AM Por15.com (http://www.por15.com) is the only place I know to get it. Brent rrdstarr 01-02-2002, 05:39 PM It's really good stuff! I have touched up Todd's EOE Sliderz with POR-15 and it is very durable. It will stop rusting metal from getting worse! Here is the kit I have, http://www.por15.com/cgi-bin/formrunner5?ConfigFile=scart/page1.cnf&CartNumber=Jan217_10493&WhichCo=por15&WhichPage=page1&ItemNumb=catp1 order kit SSKSB. It's the Super Starter Kit. brian903 01-02-2002, 05:45 PM I was looking at that starter kit, includes everything, sounds like enough to do the sliders, not to spendy. Perfect!!
