Average person is probably more like 16.0. They've been known to get 15.0 with exhaust work. scottb2004 02-15-2004, 11:11 AM hey guys, i just got a 02 WRX yesterday. it's pretty fast. i had a 00 Mustang GT that ran mid to high 13's in the 1/4 and i definately like driving the WRX better. really cool car!! fell in love as soon as i test drove it. can't wait to take it to the strip and see what i can run.
