the vanquish is in solent silver but am not too sure what the amv8 is, looks kind of similar to the vanuish but am not too sure? hope that helps. Dan

I think he is looking for the exact colour code that the paint manufacturers use, not the marketing name that Aston Martin gives them.

i have found out that the colour of the AMV8 Vantage is a special color. The dealer was very friendly and gave me formula for mixing the color. It is called GunMetal.

According to the dealer the first one of the vanquish pictures should be skye silver ....

By the way ... it doesnt matter if it is Aston Martin's name of the color or the exact color code...

actually the name of the color is great as i can compare with pictures then.

Skye Silver and GunMetal are both correct. What do you need the colours for? Making scale models?
