Does anyone have an idea where i could order one of those for delivery to Europe?

Have you checked Bavarian Autosport? (www.bavauto.com) I know they have a bra for an e46, and I think they would ship worldwide, though I'm not completely sure on that. I'm sure their website will tell you.
