Hey,

I heard from a so called "circuit racing" veteran that if i go

205/55/15 tires in the front and
205/45/17 tires in the rear that it would increase handeling and won't lose any torque in my FWD civic. I was planning to go with the Racing Hart CP-35 wheels all around just differant sizes in the front and back. does any1 have this experience in this area? I was considering the 15"s in the front because tires are much cheaper and i can afford burning them off on some weekend streetracing. i see many people place steel rims in the front and drive around daily. It looks ugly, in my opinion. anyway. is this a good setup?

thanks in advance,
James

This usually a rear wheel drive application, and not effective on FWD cars. the one thing it would do is cause understeer, too much.

well if you drove around daily with any kind of 15 in the front and 17 in the rear i'm gonna laugh at you even if your car is faster....:D At least when i see steelies on the front i know they have been to the track lately....
