I am the owner of E63 that it lives in Japan.
Japanese specifications can't choose accessories.
Run-flat-tire is hard, and a feeling is cruel in the Japanese way.
It is poor at English. But, it is written again. Everyone is good.

Hey, :), nice car! say, how come the steering wheel is on the left side? Don't you have the steering wheel on the right side in Japan?
