All of a sudden I'm going down the road and loose pressure on my brakes. I carry it and have it checked out. The brakes on the rear are 80% and unadjusted. The brakes on the front are 30% and fine and the rotors are fine. Bottom line is nothing is wrong with the parts to my brakes. The master cylinder checks out fine and plenty of fluid is in the reservior. I still have to mash the brakes way down and they tend to pull in odd directions when applying. The mechanic told me that I had a distribution problem with the ABS unit. Is this right. I'm considering carrying it to the GM dealer but I really don't won't to spend more money than the cars worth at 150000 miles.
Any suggestions or ideas what's wrong with it?
